Chen “U4“ Congshan, the coach of Shanghai Dragons has been fined significantly for account sharing and negotiating with players outside of the Shanghai Dragon’s Management. He was negotiating with players without permission from the team management. The coach was fined ¥60,000 CNY ($9250~ USD), almost 20 times more than the ¥3000 CNY fines that Xushu and Undead received for their violations in December 2016.
The team manager provided further information about the fines. The coach was promising upcoming and young talent from the Chinese scene spots on the team, without any kind of permission from the management. As a representative of the team, his word holds power and as such he should not commit to anything without permission from the management.
