Fortnite is continuing to increase in popularity and the esports scene is also slowly taking shape. After dominating the casual scene on Twitch, Fortnite is slowly becoming the PUBG of 2018.
“Everyone in FaZe Clan has completely embraced Fortnite as both a game and a community,” FaZe said in the team announcement. “Seeing the excitement that this game carries makes it a no brainer to find any means necessary to get more involved—that’s what FaZe Clan is. That’s who we are.”
Other organisations already involved in Fortnite are Method and TSM who have picked up teams. With the inclusion of Faze and TSM, we expect more organisations to pick up teams in the esports section of Fortnite.
