Fallout Gaming are the organisers of Galaxy Battles 2 tournament to be held in Philippines. The tournament was recently revoked of its Major status by Valve due to governmental policies regarding drug use. While Valve does not have any rules around drug checking and drug usage, the PH government has been notorious for its off-the book policies about drug usage.
