Andrey Grygoriev will be administrating the TI Qualifiers 2017. After focussing on his experience with administering the previous years, he has been invited by Valve along with PGL to do the same. PGL is definitely hot right now with their administration of the PGL Krakow major along with the upcoming International 2017.
