Alliance and NiP still remain undefeated in DreamLeague 12

Today, Alliance and Ninjas in Pyjamas dominated the DreamLeague Season 12 sponsored by competition to launch the new season’s first Dota 2 LAN event.

All teams went 4-0 against two of the captain’s former teammates, Adrian “Fata” Trinks and Neta “33” Shapira, setting up an epic battle against Peter “ppd” Dager and the current NiP squad.
It all started with the Alliance smashing J Storm 2-0 completely. Since this was the first LAN experience that Fata and company have witnessed since signing with Alliance, it seemed like the current team was assembled.

Since beating one of the teams they’ll see at the upcoming MDL Chengdu Major, there wasn’t much stress on Alliance, but a more relaxed approach nearly cost them against FlyToMoon.
The experienced CIS players also confronted all the strategies of the European team and fought hard, but after the 30-minute point, Alliance turned things around, winning the end game.

Linus “Limmp” Blomdin and Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov handled the lanes and advanced late to help secure the 2-0 victory and cement the playoffs in a spot in the top bracket.

In its game against Team Liquid, NiP, on the other side, had absolutely no problems, stomping the ex-Alliance team in a sequence that lasted little over an hour. Nico “Gunnar” Lopez was an excellent mid-game player, outplaying with his Kunkka and Razor both Michael “miCKe” Vu and Max “qojqva” Bröcker.

And like Alliance, the second series of the day ended up far better than the first, although the North American stack NiP played against can’t be compared with the lineup of Liquid.

Game one wasn’t similar, but Demon Slayers had a line-up built to stop, which is exactly what happened. The series ‘ opening game lasted nearly 70 minutes, but NiP seemed to have a massive advantage for nearly the entire game behind Arora’s Legion Commander Saahil “Universe.”

Betway esports favourite team, NiP played a two-handed contest, setting up the Swedish organizations ‘ fight in the playoffs ‘ first round. Whoever succeeds is going to move straight into the grand finals and take it one step closer to earning the $250,000 bonus pool portion of the lion.
