Rank S is the online CSGO matchmaking league which the professional players are regularly playing. But while it is for the best talent to come together, there are also a lot of stream snipers in CSGO. Tarik feels that there are definite stream snipers existing in Rank S. The prize money for Rank S is quite high and the anti-cheat is as good as any.
With the amount of money in rank S, there is no doubt in my mind that stream snipers exist. I could be a salty loser, but just my opinion. Can we require all streamers to hide their radar? Better than nothing.
