The talent lineup for Starseries I League Season 4 has been announced. The announcement lists both English and Russian casters. The tournament will employ the BO3 Swiss format system. This will be a test for the format as analysts have always lauded a Bo3 Swiss format as being the best format to use in CSGO tournaments. The event will take place from February 25th at the Kiev arena.
