ESL One Belo Horizonte will use the old patch in CSGO

A new CSGO update has just been released featuring changes to several weapons. However, the release time is just a few hours prior to the start of ESL One Belo Horizonte. The tournament will be played on the previous patch in order to allow continuity for the players and viewers alike.
