Winstrike welcome Hooch as new Head Coach

Winstrike earlier today announced that her mentor Dmitrii ‘Hooch’ Bogdanov has joined the team to launch a new step of his counter-strike career.

Winstrike was playing without a coach for three months following the departure of Ivan “Johnta” Shevtsov in November 2019. Although they had no coach for so long, the CIS team was productive during that time. They were 56th in the HLTV list, but only around the top 80 on Johnta’s leave.

Hooch is one of the CIS Counter-Strike players with the highest experience. In 2004, he began his career and has been on a high standard for over 14 years. Most recently he was an analyst at Russian studios for CIS team OwmS in late 2019.

Winstrike’s CSGO roster is from now on:

  • Abay “Hobbit” Khasenov
  • Vladislav “bondik” Nechyporchuk
  • Aleksey “El1an” Gusev
  • Aidyn “Krizzen” Turlybekov
  • Viktor “Lack1” Boldyrev
  • Dmitrii “hooch” Bogdanov (coach)
