PGL has announced the Groups for the upcoming Dota 2 Major. The first Major of the DPC season is the Kuala Lumpur Major. The event will see sixteen teams from across the globe compete against each other. The top teams in Dota 2 [ with the exception of Team Liquid ] will be playing for a prize pool of $1 million. However, the thing that is probably more important to most of the attending teams is the Dota Pro Circuit points.
The first Dota 2 Major will have a total of 15,000 Pro Circuit points on offer. Ofcourse, these points will be distributed across all sixteen teams. However, securing a top-tier finish at the event will have the lion’s share of the DPC points. These DPC points will be useful for teams to secure an invitation to The International 2019.
