ESL has finally revealed the Prize distribution for Season 7. The Prize distribution is obviously top heavy, however, 25% of the $1 million is kept aside for teams which do not make it to the playoffs. This year, ESL Pro League Season 7 has added another region via which teams can qualify to the LAN Finals to be held in Dallas. South America will present an opportunity for teams to qualify for the LAN finals and have a chance at winning a lions share of $750,000 which is kept aside for the LAN teams.
Who Will Win the ESL Season 7 2018?
Similar to the other three teams the power of the North American and European leaders is evident when you see the chances at Betway esports.
- Astralis & FaZe Clan – 7/2 joint favourites
- Mousesports & SK Gaming – 11/2
- Natus Vincere – 6/1
- Cloud9 – 7/1
- Team Liquid – 10/1
- Ninjas in Pyjamas – 12/1
- OpTic Gaming – 20/1
- NRG Esports – 33/1
- HellRaisers, Renegades, Space Soldiers – 50/1
- Grayhound Gaming, MVP PK – 100/1
- Sharks Esports – 150/1
The seeds have not really any value, as is evident from the odds. The two top seeds, Team Liquid and Mousa Sports, from North America and Europe, are not among the favourites.
Nonetheless, the books believe that two European teams are better placed than mouse sports and that two American teams have a better chance of winning.
The three Asia-Pacific and South America teams all finish 100/1 or longer. It shows the different divisions in Europe and North America between these latest qualifying categories and CS: GO’s hot-bed.
