After ESL tournament rules changed, wouldnt it be good if all the non-valve tournaments also find a better compromise for the coach rule?

ESL recently changed their tournament rules to allow coaches to partake in conversations with the players during the match. Such rules, which were prevalent around a year ago have since been disallowed in valve sponsored events. Most of the tournament’s organisers followed suit. This has adversely affected certain teams dependent heavily on their coaches. Probably one of the most affected teams by Valve;s ruling was the former NIP roster.
