Team Orbit returns to CSGO

Orbit have been one of the most well known T2 EU teams in CSGO. They have had successful rosters in the past. However most of their rosters have been broken up due to player moving on from the roster onto better oppurtunities.

For most of 2016, Orbit have been trying to make a comeback into CSGO with several Nordic lineups. However despite signing up some decent players, they have not had any success or publicity. With 2017, the management has decided to shake things up. They have decided to take up a brazilian roster in their attempt to create a team that can compete against the best of the teams in EU.

Orbit have had success in the past picking up and nurturing new players. With this move they hope to achieve similar levels of Return on their Investment. The Brazilian roster being picked up by Orbit will consist of 3 ex-G3x players and 2 ex-CNB players. This group of Brazilian players will be moving to EU and compete in several leagues.

Patrik Anderson, Orbit CEO spoke about the signing of their new roster :

“I don’t think I have ever been so optimistic about a signing like I have of these 5 players. After an average 2016 in terms of results, all of the management cannot wait to re-enter one of the most passionate communities in esports and hopefully change our luck going into the new year. The squad are all passionate, respectful and truly know what it takes to become one of the best in the game. They will be traveling over to the offices to live and train here in Sweden, meaning they will also have the high quality practice the team needs to take it to the next level.”

Nak, the old school Mibr player who is a part of the current lineup :

“I could not be happier about starting the year by signing a contract with this fantastic organisation that is Orbit. Right from the beginning they have placed a lot of confidence in us and we really appreciate everything they’ve done already. Orbit is in a phase of expansion and growth, which fits perfectly with our momentum and we are looking to utilise both situations and create something special. It is an opportunity we’ve all wished and we shall grab it with all our strength. Expect our team to have lots of dedication and show our passion for this beautiful game.”

The new Orbit roster is :

Victor “bld” Rocha
Caike “caike” Costa
Vito “kNg” Giuseppe
Renato “nak” Nakano
Jean-Michel “mch” D’Oliveira
