FaceIT has officially launched PUBG on its platform after a very successful closed beta. The closed beta which has been going on since August 2018 saw over 200,000 players sign up. PUBG on FaceIT is a great way for players to mark their progress through the leagues. It also provides them with a sense of achievement.
PUBG has consistently seen its player base remain on top of the Steam Charts for well over a year. While we saw its streak come to an end recently, it picked up where it left and is once again on top of the steam charts. For many industry analysts, the release of games like Blackout [ Call of Duty 4] speaks endangerment for PUBG. Blackout is very similar to that of PUBG.
Whilst we anticipated high levels of success with the closed beta, we were blown away by the positive feedback and the number of sign-ups. The integration we developed with PUBG allows players to be in a match within seconds and we’re excited to welcome everyone on the platform to jump in and experience our competitive battleground. PUBG is continually proving its fierce potential as an esport, and we’re thrilled to be a part of that exciting journey by offering players unprecedented opportunities to develop their skills.

FaceIT bringing on PUBG will revolutionize the experience
The FaceIT twist to PUBG Comes at a very opportune moment. With PUBG surrounded by a lot of negativity, this twist of positive news is a welcome addition. FaceIT will provide several perks to players wanting to play on their platform. This includes a Fiat 100 for the first player to reach 338 Chicken dinners. [ A player gets a Chicken Dinner after winning a PUBG match]. PUBG on FACEIT also offers region lock, the latest game competitive settings with faster zones and adjusted loot and a solid anti-cheat system. Players can also earn FACEIT points while playing, which can be exchanged in the FACEIT Shop for valuable in-game items such as weapon skins and crate keys. FaceIT is well known in Counter Strike Global Offensive [ another FPS game] for its stringent anti-cheat.
The FACEIT integration offers our community a uniquely competitive framework to play PUBG at a level they haven’t experienced before. The closed beta proved the value of our partnership, and we can’t wait to watch the competitive scene develop further.

FaceIT’s PUBG addition is crucial in developing PUBG as an esport. It brings order into the chaos that is the Battle Royale Game mode at present.
