Virtus Pro announce new Dota 2 Coach – Arszeeq

Virtus Pro are the strongest team in the Dota 2 scene. Despite having a superstar performance during DPC season 17-18, Virtus Pro was unable to win TI8. As they head into the next season, VP has already established themselves as the best CIS team. They became the first CIS team to qualify for the Major.

The first practice sessions with the new member have already paid off, and we are noticing positive dynamics. I’m sure that Arseniy will be able to fulfil his potential in Virtus.pro while his extensive game knowledge will allow us to consistently perform at a high level in the new season

Roman Dvoryankin, Virtus.pro general manager

They will now use former Effect Coach / Captain, ArsZeeq as their coach. Arszeeq has played for teams such as Vega Squadron, Effect, Team Empire and more. He assumed the role of a coach in December 2017 and has had decent results with Team Effect ever since.

Arszeeq has some big shoes to fill

I’m excited to have a chance to work with one of the world’s strongest teams. We are already polishing our new strategies and picks with the guys.

Arseniy “ArsZeeqq” Usov

Virtus Pro has a few months to practice with their new coach. They will next play at the Kuala Lumpur Major which has a $1 million prize pool.
