Rocket League has seen a significant boost in its player base and popularity. The Football with Cars game has been extremely popular since its launch. Despite being turned down by several publishers, Psyonix stood their ground and ultimately released their hugely popular game Rocket League.

The developers have been hands on with the feedback from the community. They have maintained their communication lines open with the community. We have seen some exceptional development work by Psyonix which is a testament to their ability to connect with their players.

They wanted to develop Rocket League as an esports. With that in mind, they have released a game plan for 2017. They will focus on bringing in more maturity and a stable scene for Rocket League in 2017.

  • A robust new esports hub on the Rocket League website
  • Ongoing charity tournaments
  • Numerous in-game esports features and enhancements
