Managing Director of EG :
“I’m thrilled to make EG a part of the Call of Duty family once again. Hearing what Activision has planned for this year, along with finding such a talented squad with Nameless as their captain, it was a no-brainer.
Team Captain, Nameless :
I’m very excited to announce that we’re going to be representing Evil Geniuses going into the new year. When we formed this team, obviously one of the main things we wanted to do was find an organization that will support us and help us hurdle those obstacles that are going to be in the future to win.and that doesn’t mean just practicing and getting better, that means all the little things that count. Being a part of EG is honestly a dream come true to a pro gamer. They’re one of the best organizations across all esports, and they’ve had some of the best teams. And there’s reasons behind that – they have some of the best sponsors, and their management is always working with the players, to enable them and make sure that they’re focusing on playing the game and getting better.”
Evil Genius have been involved with Call of Duty before. Their last active roster was released in November 2014. It is always heartening to see them invest back into eSports.
